As a certified destination wedding specialist since 2017, I have a lot of experience and have made many connections in the business to help make your wedding a DREAM COME TRUE!
I continue to travel regularly to keep up to date with the resorts and their onsite wedding staff.
I am actively working on adding new destinations such as Greece, Italy and Spain to my wedding venue options.
I welcome couples to contact me to find out how I can help them and their wedding guests. The work I do for you should make your (and your wedding guests) experience enjoyable and stress free.
I want couples to find the best destination wedding travel specialist to work with them, even if it might not be me.
My role as your Certified Destination Wedding Specialist will include:
1. Learning from you on what you are looking for and if you are not sure, I can help guide you.
2. I recommend resorts to match your vision.
3. I gather details and present it to you in an organized format for the wedding packages, venue locations, cost of guest rooms, promotions and more!
4. I will help you secure the wedding date at the property of your choice.
5. Prepare a group room block and review it entirely with you allowing you to ask questions and understand it.
6. Manage the room block which includes making changes to guest rooms as needed as well as following up with guests final payment deadline dates. It is important these deadlines are met within the contracted terms and conditions.
7. Assisting with your FREE wedding website.
8. Being your advocate with communications between wedding couples and onsite wedding teams.
9. Preparing the final guest list for the events and rooming list for the resort.
10. Preparing travel documents.
11. Collecting flight details for ground service providers to help transport guests to and from airport-resort.
12. Being available to assist with travel changes.

VACATION PRICE QUOTES
It will be my pleasure to get a vacation price quote prepared for you. You must compete my travel waiver and client information forms before I can prepare your quote.
In addition, I require a $200 non refundable quoting fee that is applied to the reservation booked with me as the final payment.
I will adjust the quote until you are satisfied and then when you book a vacation package with me, this deposit will be applied toward your reservation as the final payment.
If you choose not to book a vacation with me, I keep the deposit for my time invested in preparing your quotes and the expert knowledge I have share with you during the planning process.

Shiella - "I contacted Amy about booking a special birthday trip for my boyfriend. We discussed what I was looking for and she found the most wonderful all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana D.R. I have never used a travel agent before, but I will use Amy again. I loved the peace of mind and not having to deal with the stress of traveling to a foreign country. Amy arranged private transfer to and from the resort, which is the only way to go! No worries about getting to and from the airport. "Amy did a truly incredible job planning our family vacation to Orlando this month. No lying on the beach for this family....we kept her busy with a jammed packed itinerary. In 8 days we visited three Disney parks, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World and other area attractions. From start to finish Amy consistently went above and beyond what was expected to ensure our vacation was planned flawlessly. It was everything we hoped for....and more. We usually plan our own trips to Florida but we definitely won't be doing that again. Not only did Amy take care of every detail but she added her own personal touches along the way. She was there for us the whole time, from her expert planning and recommendations, to the special surprise she had waiting for us upon arrival at our Disney resort, to the way she swooped in after our return flight was cancelled because of a storm. She took care of everything. A canceled flight could have been a stressful situation but Amy worked overtime to ensure a seamless transition. She arranged the extra night’s stay at a hotel, extended car rental and booked a new flight home without penalty while providing us with tips on getting the most from our travel insurance; which by the way, she recommended!!!! This saved us hundreds of dollars. We even received a welcome home text from her at 11:00pm when we finally landed in our home state after a long day of traveling. Her work should have ended there but she even took care of preparing the paperwork for our travel insurance claim which we received in the mail a few days after our return. What a gem! I will be telling everyone to use First Class Travel. Our vacation was perfect and hassle-free thanks to Amy! She is simply fabulous!"

"Amy is amazing at taking care of every last detail of your trip! We just got back from the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas and it was a fantastic week! She thought of everything from arranging a driver to pick us up at the airport and take us to a few shops (grocery store) on the way to picking a villa at Harborside (with a kitchen and washer/dryer) so our family would be comfortable during our stay. I am a very nervous traveler and she eased my fears and was there to answer any questions we had. she even checked our flights and offered to reserve us a room if we got caught in a snowstorm. I don't know why anyone would book a trip on their own, the piece of mind I had booking through First Class Travel was priceless. Happy Travels!"
